When coaches or team administrators add team members to a roster, they may provide:

- Phone number

- Jersey number

- Usage patterns and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Send survey invitations and reminders via email and SMS
- Communicate team-related updates

4. SMS/Text Message Communications
We may send SMS messages to the phone number associated with your account for:
- Survey notifications when a new survey is available
- Reminders to complete pending surveys
- Account verification codes
Consent: Before adding a phone number to the platform, coaches are required to obtain verbal or written consent from the team member. After a phone number is added, the team member receives a one-time text message to confirm their notification preference (text messages or email only). No survey SMS is sent until the member confirms. Consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of any purchase or participation.
Opting Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications, or HELP for help. You may also update your preferences through the app or by contacting your coach.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Your Team: Coaches and administrators can view roster information and aggregated survey results
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., email and SMS delivery, hosting)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights
6. Survey Responses
Survey responses may be visible to coaches and team administrators to help them understand team dynamics and provide better support. By participating in team surveys, you acknowledge that your responses may be viewed by authorized team staff.
7. Data Security & Sovereignty
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits.
Data Residency: We strive to store personal information within the same geographic region as the organization it belongs to. Our primary infrastructure is hosted in Canada, and we work with service providers who support regional data processing wherever possible.

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
